Other requirements for this technique

Though a dildo is recommended, there are no other requirements for this technique.    If you already have a dildo that you use to stimulate your G-spot, you can use the dildo instead of fingers to press and rub your G-spot.   If you do not have a dildo, and wish to purchase one, recommended dildos are listed on the website.  The recommended dildos are ones that are made specifically to apply pressure on one’s G-spot.

Dildos are suggested, since hands and fingers can get tired pressing and rubbing one’s G-spot.  Recommended dildos have a weight to them that makes stimulating one’s G-spot less tiring.

Description

This technique involves masturbating.  Clothes need to be off for this and all remaining techniques.

The technique leads to you giving yourself overlapping orgasms, or “OO” for short.

Steps:

  1. Pee before you start the technique.
  2. Get your dildo, if you have one, and use it to stimulate your G-spot.
  3. Masturbate and/or use the warm-up exercise to arouse yourself to orgasm, and then to back-to-back G-spot orgasms.
  4. Continue to press and rub your G-spot.  
  5. Do not stimulate your clitoris but do feel free to touch other parts of your body.
  6. Breathe steadily and regularly.  Lack of oxygen can lead to feeling dizzy or out of breath.
  7. Apply more pressure to your G-spot little by little over time.
  8. Increases in pressure lead to increases in arousal and intensity.  When you are having back-to-back G-spot orgasms, increases in arousal and intensity cause your orgasms to overlap.
  9. Give in to the pleasure you are feeling.  It’s OK to allow yourself to let go and give yourself up to pleasure.  You deserve all the pleasure.
  10. Heat and intensity will rise.  This is normal and natural.
  11. Continue to apply more and more pressure to your G-spot as you continue to have back-to-back G-spot orgasms.
  12. At some point, as arousal and intensity increase, your orgasms will overlap, with one orgasm starting before the prior one ends.   
  13. At that point, stop pressing on your G-spot, and take two deep breaths.  
  14. Lower your arousal and stop orgasming.  To lower your arousal, move your arms, legs, hands, feet, fingers, and toes, as needed, and take occasional deep breaths.
  15. As you masturbate, you may feel overwhelmed.  If this happens, reduce the pressure on your G-spot or stop masturbating entirely.  Take one or two deep breaths.  Feeling overwhelmed is often caused by not taking in enough oxygen.  When you are feeling OK again, resume masturbating your G-spot.  Focus on your breathing a bit more going forward.

Discussion

  1. Several points here are carried over from the descriptions of prior techniques.   These points address issues that may not have been issues for you before, but now have become problematic. Breathing is something we do involuntarily.  However, some of us have gotten into the habit of breathing shallowly or holding our breaths when we get close to orgasm and/or when we orgasm and/or after we orgasm.  If you have only one orgasm, breathing shallowly or holding your breath can work for you.  But with this technique, you will experience a series of overlapping orgasms.  With this technique, you need to breathe steadily, and regularly, and take in big lungfuls of air.   It is similar to exercising in that when you exercise, you breathe differently.  When you experience overlapping orgasms, you need to breathe differently, too. Not breathing or breathing shallowly can lead to shortness of breath and dizziness.
  2. Many do not easily give themselves up to the pleasure their bodies provide.  For example, it is common to get wrapped up in thoughts like, “Am I doing this right?”  Sexual pleasure is not about performing and is not about analyzing.  It is sensual.  It is about being aware of your body and what you are feeling. It can be difficult to let oneself go, to give in to what you are feeling.  Like with the other elements of this technique, practice can help.
  3. When you are masturbating, it is common to have your thoughts wander off.  For example, your thoughts may turn to questions like, “Am I doing this right?”  If you find such thoughts intruding, try focusing on your breathing.  Focusing on your breath and breathing can keep intrusive thoughts away.
  4. Many feel they “should” suppress making noises during masturbation and/or sex.  But many find it enhances their pleasure to yell or scream during orgasm.  If at all possible, allow yourself to experiment with yelling LOUDLY when you orgasm.  
  5. Many also feel undeserving of sexual pleasure, especially when that pleasure is far beyond what they have previously experienced.  By yelling when you orgasm, you may find you can counteract thoughts of not feeling deserving.  Focusing on breathing is another approach to dealing with thoughts of not feeling deserving of all the sexual pleasure.
  6. You may find that the intensity of OO becomes overwhelming.  It is normal and natural for the intensity to increase over time.  In Technique 5, “Discover Never-Ending Overlapping Orgasms”, you will learn how to regulate the intensity so that the intensity does not become overwhelming.
  7. Your vaginal muscles may feel a bit sore the morning after you experience OO.  If you do feel a bit sore, the soreness will likely go away later that same day.    
  8. After OO, your clitoris may feel a bit ‘needy’.  You may want to give yourself one or more clitoral orgasms after your OO, which may relieve some of your clitoris’s neediness.  In Technique 5, “Discover Never-Ending Orgasms”, you will learn how to give yourself massive clitoral orgasms (“MCO”) that can eliminate the neediness.

Homework

  1. Masturbate twice (2x) a day, if possible, and give yourself overlapping orgasms.  
  2. Practice the warm-up exercise for 5 minutes (or until you experience orgasm) prior to starting your masturbation.  
  3. If you can yell, experiment with yelling loudly each time you orgasm.  You may find that yelling enhances your pleasure.
