For this technique, you’ll need to be undressed and have clean hands with trimmed nails. If you have a dildo, it can make the process easier.
- Pee before you start.
- Use a dildo or fingers to stimulate your G-spot.
- Masturbate or use the warm-up exercise to reach your first orgasm, then back-to-back G-spot orgasms.
- Continue pressing and rubbing your G-spot.
- Do not stimulate your clitoris, but feel free to touch other parts of your body.
- Breathe steadily and regularly.
- Gradually increase pressure on your G-spot.
- Increased pressure leads to higher arousal and intensity. With back-to-back G-spot orgasms, this causes your orgasms to overlap.
