Test Warm Up Exercise v2 – Video/written

Instructions

This warm up is an exercise in which you move your body rhythmically.

Using this exercise, you can likely arouse yourself without touching. For some, this exercise can lead to orgasm.

The technique can be performed with clothes on or off.

The steps are:

  1. Roll your hips from side to side.
  2. Thrust your pelvis forward, and then pull back.
  3. Clench your thigh, butt, and vaginal muscles
  4. Clench again

Repeat these steps over and over, getting into a rhythm.

As with any exercise, breathing is important. Breathe steadily and regularly.

Interested in Experimenting? Extra Credits:

  • Vary the speed you perform the exercise.
  • Vary how hard you roll your hips, thrust your pelvis forward, and clench your muscles. Roll your hips harder. Thrust your pelvis harder. Clench your muscles harder.
  • Vary how far you roll your hips, and how far you thrust your pelvis forward.
  • Clench hard in step 3, and then less hard in step 4.
  • For step 3, substitute thrusting your pelvis forward again instead of clenching your muscles
  • Extend the time you perform the exercise.

Homework

Practice the exercise at least twice (2x) each day, morning and evening. For each practice session, practice at least 5 minutes.

When masturbating, practice the exercise just before masturbating as a means of arousing yourself.

If you do orgasm from the exercise, let yourself go! If you feel like making noise or yelling, something that many of us feel the urge to do, do it! The best orgasms are those that let us relax and just be. If that means shouting, “Yes!”, “Yeehaw!”, or squeaking like a squirrel, you go, girl!
