Test Technique 5 v4 – Written

When your orgasms overlap, pleasure can (and often does!) naturally grow in intensity. While this increased sensation can be incredibly enjoyable, it can also become overwhelming if it gets too intense.

The key to avoiding that overwhelming feeling is learning how to control the intensity. With practice, you can maintain the level of pleasure you want. Control helps you experience overlapping orgasms for as long as you like.

This technique teaches you how to manage and adjust the intensity of your orgasms. The process involves repeatedly raising and lowering the intensity, helping you build the skills you need for control. You’ll spend about six minutes focusing on this technique, starting right after your orgasms begin to overlap. A dildo is recommended but not required.

To begin, make sure you’re in a comfortable, private space. You’ll need clean hands and trimmed fingernails, as you’ll be inserting a finger or dildo into your vagina. Once you’re undressed and ready, you can follow either the audio guide or the detailed steps provided.

With consistent practice, you’ll be able to extend your orgasms, building both your pleasure and satisfaction. Remember to take your time, be patient, and most importantly, enjoy the experience!

Instruction

For this technique, you’ll need to be undressed and have clean hands with trimmed nails. If you have a dildo, it can make the process easier.

The steps are:

  1. Pee before you start.
  2. Use a dildo or fingers to stimulate your G-spot.
  3. Masturbate or use the warm-up exercise to reach your first orgasm.
  4. Locate your G-spot.
  5. Press and rub your G-spot, experimenting with the ‘come hither’ motion.
  6. Breathe steadily and regularly to avoid feeling dizzy or out of breath.
  7. Gradually increase pressure on your G-spot.
  8. After your first orgasm, continue stimulating your G-spot to achieve more orgasms.
  9. Maintain the same pressure and intensity.
  10. Give in to the pleasure and allow yourself to experience multiple orgasms.
  11. Stop pressing your G-spot and take two deep breaths to calm down.

This technique focuses on stimulating your G-spot after your first orgasm and avoiding clitoral stimulation. This helps concentrate on the G-spot, allowing you to experience multiple orgasms. It may take a few tries to find the right pressure and motion that works for you.

Expressing yourself vocally during orgasms can enhance your experience. If you feel comfortable, try yelling or screaming to amplify your pleasure.

It’s common to hold back during masturbation, but giving in to the sensations can lead to more fulfilling experiences. Practice breathing steadily and deeply to avoid dizziness and maintain arousal. Focusing on your breath can also help keep intrusive thoughts at bay.

Homework

To master this technique, practice twice a day, aiming for at least three G-spot orgasms each session. Use the warm-up exercise from Technique 1 for 5 minutes or until you orgasm. Experiment with vocal expressions during orgasm to enhance your pleasure.
